Subu Kota has a long and distinguished career in Information Technology, eLearning, Health Care, Retail, Biotech and Neuroscience Technology. Worked in Data General Corporation for more than 17 years and held number of positions including managing the company's global technical support, quality assurance organizations, and managing strategic partnerships and business alliances.
Mr. Kota also co-founded a number of innovative IT service companies that focused on Internet-based on-line education, year 2000 compliance, pen optics and ERP implementation services. Speaker at Ted X, Subu Kota contributed to support blind children and donated Over 1 Million USDs for uplifting their lives. He is the President of Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled, USA. Subu Kota is also angel investor, supported many start-ups across the world . Attended Masters from University of Rochester and Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. His passion is to Help People, motivate them to achieve their full potential, encourage and guide them to be an entrepreneur. He has been charter member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneur) for the last 20 Yrs. He enjoys travel and travelled at least 60 countries.
