We recognize that an employee's departure is a significant event that impacts both the individual and the organization. Our exit process is designed to address all aspects of the transition, from the initial resignation to the final farewell. Resignation Notice : Employees begin the exit process by submitting a formal resignation letter to their manager and HR department. This letter should clearly state their last working day and any pertinent details regarding their departure. This initiates the formal exit procedure and allows us to plan accordingly for their transition.

Acknowledgment : Once the resignation letter is received, the HR department promptly acknowledges it and initiates the exit process. This step includes confirming the employee's last working day and providing them with an overview of the steps to follow, ensuring clarity and transparency.

Exit Interview : An exit interview is conducted to gather valuable feedback on the employee’s experience with People Prime Worldwide. This conversation helps us understand the reasons behind their departure, identify areas for organizational improvement, and gain insights that can enhance the experience for current and future employees.

Knowledge Transfer : To ensure continuity and minimize disruption, the departing employee is responsible for transferring their duties and knowledge to colleagues or a designated successor. This step is crucial in maintaining workflow and preserving institutional knowledge, facilitating a smooth transition for the team.

Asset Return : Employees are required to return all company assets before their last working day. This includes items such as laptops, ID cards, mobile phones, and any other equipment issued during their tenure. HR will provide a detailed list of items to be returned, ensuring accountability and proper handling of company property.

Final Settlement : HR processes the final paycheck, which includes calculating any outstanding dues, bonuses, reimbursements, and unused leave. This step ensures that the employee receives all financial entitlements, providing a clear and accurate final settlement.

Clearance : The employee completes clearance forms and obtains necessary signatures from relevant departments. This includes confirming the return of assets, resolving any outstanding tasks, and ensuring all administrative aspects of their employment are finalized.

Farewell : To acknowledge the employee’s contributions and bid them farewell, a formal farewell event may be arranged. This gesture reflects our appreciation for their time and efforts, reinforcing the positive relationship between the departing employee and People Prime Worldwide.
