Sourcing Candidates

Screening and Shortlisting

Offer Negotiation

Once a suitable candidate is identified, we assist in negotiating the contract terms. This includes agreeing on the hourly rate or salary, defining the project duration and any potential extensions, discussing benefits and other relevant conditions, and ensuring all parties are satisfied with the terms before finalizing the offer.

Onboarding

After the offer is accepted, we handle the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition. This includes completing necessary paperwork and contracts, conducting background checks, and providing necessary training or orientation to the candidate.

Contract Management

Throughout the engagement period, we manage the contract by handling any extensions, terminations, or amendments to the contract, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and addressing any issues that arise during the engagement.

Relationship Management
